A Life of Balance
Here at Fitness and Form we help improve your fitness whilst working in perfect form. This is why we work in boutique classes to ensure every body has the correct form to create maximum results and prevent injury.
The foundation of my practice combines the physical with an inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, I strive to promote an understanding of the inter dependency of all these aspects in personal health and well being. Life is about balance, both physically and mentally too. Let me help you find your balance whilst physically training your body.
I offer Pilates and Barre classes in the Sevenoaks area using my experience as a professional dancer in the West End, and teaching Pilates and Barre in numerous studios across London. Come join one of our classes today.

Popularised by Madonna and other A-list celebrities, Barre is a mixture of Pilates, Ballet, Yoga and sports conditioning, which tones and sculpts the body like no other regime. Mother and Baby Pilates
Postnatal Pilates with your baby
This class is specifically designed to heal and strengthen the core and pelvic floor following the birth of your gorgeous baby (or babies!!)
We will stretch and strengthen tight, tired muscles, improve breathing dynamics and work on techniques to aid rest and relaxation.
We have created a relaxing, comfortable and safe environment to bring your baby and meet other likeminded parents. I want everyone to feel welcome but most importantly please feed, change or comfort and cuddle your baby at anytime during the class.
Babies are welcome from 6 weeks and please get clearance for return to exercise from your health professional.
